Your body has two primary ways to generate adenosine triphosphate (ATP) molecules – the primary energy currency for your cells:

- Anaerobically (without oxygen)
Aerobic energy production is typically reserved for less intense but prolonged activities like walking and jogging. In contrast, anaerobic production is essential for short and intense bursts of physical activity like sprinting, lifting weights, and tackling an opponent in training.
Due to its varied and dynamic nature, Krav Maga training is fantastic for improving your aerobic and anaerobic abilities. This means you get better at both short and intense activities and the less intense ones that last longer.
