No other equipment is needed, other than a lot of provision.
What to wear
Give preference to light and comfortable clothes such as shelter pants. Avoid shorts, tops or bonded clothing.
Avoid heavy meals before training. Prefer a light snack at least half an hour in advance. Fruits are a good option
It is allowed to invite friends to the introductory class. This can give you more confidence and be more fun.
